5. Purchases and Merchandise

When you purchase merchandise from Batch Records:

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• Shipping: Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
• Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unworn items in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless item was damaged or incorrect.
• Limited Drops: Some items are limited edition. Once sold out, they may not be restocked.
